How to delete your account
If you can sign in, use Morlivo's self-service deletion flow:
- 1 Open Morlivo and sign in.
- 2 Go to Settings.
- 3 Open the Privacy tab.
- 4 Select Delete Account and confirm.
You can also start from the button above. For security, Morlivo may ask you to sign in again before deletion is completed.
Once confirmed, account deletion cannot be undone.
What Morlivo deletes
When you delete your account, Morlivo disables account access and removes or anonymizes personal data associated with your account.
- Your account profile and sign-in access
- Personal workspace data associated with your account
- Uploaded files and generated job content, including translation and transcription content
- Projects, API keys, and app data owned by your personal account, where applicable
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, tax, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention purposes.
- Billing and payment records handled through our payment processor
- Security, audit, and login records retained for abuse prevention and compliance
- Support communications you sent to Morlivo
- Encrypted backups until they expire through normal backup rotation
Deletion timing
Self-service account deletion starts immediately after confirmation. Customer content is deleted according to Morlivo's published retention schedule; uploaded and generated content is normally retained for up to 30 days, while audit and login records may be retained for up to 90 days.
After the applicable retention period, deleted data cannot be recovered.
If you cannot sign in
If you cannot access your account, email privacy@morlivo.ai from the address associated with your Morlivo account and include the subject Account deletion request.
We may need to verify account ownership before processing a deletion request submitted by email.
